it takes an engineer

The missing bunk bed hardware turned up during an organizing spree. It was our intent to have the movers assemble the bunk beds for us, but since the hardware was stored in a BOX OF BOOKS by the packers from home, it was impossible.

So we spent the better part of a day reading the directions and assembling the beds. I wanted to place the beds parallel to the window wall, but the room was too narrow by about an inch.

Small successes keep our spirits high.
