where's his wittling chip?

When we walked into the town of Vallois we were impressed with all of the activity. Since towns petition for the Tour de France to come through (much like bidding on the Olympics) they really do go all out. While walking down one of the main streets, we stumbled upon this guy carving a cow. Paul thought it would be a good idea to get some photos for all the Scouting friends who earned their Woodcarving Merit Badge. You think this guy has that badge?
