update on things.....

I GOT THE KEYS! ! YAY! !

My passport was sent to Paris so that I could get my very own "carte de sejour" so I would not be an illegal alien in three months. It has since come back, whew!

Paul's work permit is ready for him to pick up at the French consulate in Geneva (go figure!).
We both plan to go there next week to get it.

Jeff started his French class and has been placed in the beginner class, what a surprise! He has a few West Virginians in his class, along with a couple of nuns, some Japanese students, and Chinese students. The class is taught entirely in French, no English at all.
