The Meeting

So Kate was in Spain for Spring Break and flew to Paris to make a connection to fly home. She had to go from one airport to the other and missed the connection. Cell phone out of juice, no credit card, and very little cash..... she called home, "What to do?"

She was told by Air France and the "dis - functionaires" there that she would have to catch the same flight 24 hours later. So she slept in the airport until.......... ta da! Dad showed up in Paris to rescue her and buy her a meal! She didn't have enough money to eat!!

Two weeks of intensive immersion French is what's ahead for Paul. He called today and surprisingly he said that his head didn't hurt.
